Truro Street Feature
Our final project before relocating to Wanaka in 2016, this renovation project provided the extra space required for a growing family of five. The 50m2 extension involved adding two bedrooms, a children’s living space and creating three outdoor decks. Within the existing footprint, an ensuite was added in the master bedroom and a front entrance was created.
The design work, complimentary to the mid-century architecture of the home, makes Truro Street a favourite of ours and has earned Herriot Melhuish O’Neill Architects a place on the shortlist of the New Zealand Institute of Architects’ 2020 Regional Awards.
